Every four years, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) conduct a Certification Review of the Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) (Bonita Springs TMA) transportation planning process as required by law. The purpose of the review is to evaluate Collier MPO’s compliance with Federal transportation rules and regulations. Part of the review includes an opportunity for the public to provide comments on how Collier MPO carries out the transportation planning process.
The certification review virtual public meeting is scheduled for July 23, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Register to attend virtually at the following link: Collier MPO TMA Certification Review Public Meeting.
The public will have the opportunity to provide public comments remotely during the public meeting. You can provide comments from July 23, 2024, through August 22, 2024. Comments received by August 22 will be considered in the writing of the report.
