Agendas
It is the policy of the Collier MPO to assure that agendas and meeting packets are available to the public seven days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting. You may find an individual meeting agenda on the Event Calendar with the corresponding meeting date. Agendas and meeting packets for the last two calendar years may also be downloaded below. If you need a hard copy of an agenda packet prior to a meeting, please contact MPO staff at 239-252-5814. Please contact MPO staff with any questions or concerns, or for agenda packets more than two-years old.
Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes are written following each MPO Committee and Board meeting. The draft minutes are then included in the committee’s or Board’s future meeting agenda packet for approval. Once the minutes are approved, the minutes are uploaded to the website. Minutes for the last two calendar years may be downloaded below. Please call the MPO office at 239-252-5814 for minutes more than two years old.
Audio & Video Recordings of MPO Meetings
Audio recordings off committee meetings are available upon request by calling the MPO office at 239-252-5814. Audio recordings are too large to email and must be sent by postal mail or picked up at the MPO office.
All MPO Board meetings are broadcast live on Collier TV at https://www.colliercountyfl.gov/. You can tune into your public access TV channel (check your TV listings) during the meeting time. The broadcasts are normally shown live and then repeated during the following days. The meetings are also available for video playback on the Collier County Government Website. If you wish to find a specific meeting’s video, type “Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization” in the search box of the Archived Videos at Collier TV to access the MPO Board meetings on Collier County’s Website.
